I interned at Journey Christian Church. At the time of my internship, they asked me to work with them on updating their Junior High youth group's logo. They asked for an updated and modern logo, since they thought their old one was a bit outdated. I took these ideas and worked to create monochromatic, contemporary logo options.

After receiving the three logo options, the team gathered some feedback for me to work with. In A, we decided the line through through the middle would be more in tune if it lined up with the S in "rush." The team thought B might be a bit hard to read, and I agreed. For option C, the team decided it fit the best with the new children's ministry logo I had created since it had a sense of roundness and sort of mimicked mountains. They asked me to try and imply a roundness to the final logo without using a full circle. 

With this new information, I created the final logo with the best parts of A and C:

The team said this is what they had envisioned and were happy with the final logo.
